BISP WhatsApp Complaint Service August 2025 – File Missing Payment & Biometric Issues Without Visiting Office

If you didn’t receive your BISP payment, were underpaid, or faced biometric verification failure at the payment point, you no longer need to wait in long queues or rely on middlemen.

In July 2025, the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) introduced a WhatsApp Complaint Service to help beneficiaries quickly report payment problems from anywhere in Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Balochistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB).

This new service allows you to submit complaints using your mobile number—no paperwork, no office visits, no hassle.

📌 What is the BISP WhatsApp Complaint Service?

The BISP WhatsApp Complaint Service is a quick, real-time way for beneficiaries to:

  • Report missing payments

  • Flag biometric verification problems

  • Report payment deductions by agents
